A joint partnership organization between local Chinese businessmen headed by Mr. Alfonso G. Siy and internationally-known real estate developer Sunshine 100 Group of Beijing , China .

Mr. Alfonso Siy, Chairman of Sunshine 100 Pioneer Development Corporation is one of the most well-respected Chinese businessmen in the Philippines today and one of the youngest Vice Presidents of the Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He helped develop the export market for fishing nets through his Fortune Net Group of Companies. Fortune Net Group of Companies manufacture, design and export Nylon and PE knotted or knotless nets worldwide to countries like Korea, Spain, France, Australia, Greece, USA, etc. Fortune Net has over 2000 employees. Its subsidiaries and affiliates include: the Ever Fortune Thermoplas Corp., Fortune Net and Twine Mfg. Corp., Fortune Int’l Trading Corp., Phil. Fishing Gears Industries, Neltex Manufacturing & Export Corp., and Altamar Industries, Inc.

Sunshine100 was founded by Mr. Yi Xiaodi (Chairman & President) in 1999, which successfully developed the "Sunshine100 international Apartment" in Beijing 's CBD. Since the year 2000, Sunshine100 has developed more than 20 large- scale projects in a list of cities including: Tianjin , Chongqing , Changsha , Ji'nan, Nanning , Shenyang , Chengdu , Wuxi , Yantai, Dongying, Liuzhou , Guiling and many others. In addition to Beijing , the quantity of annual development is more than 1 million square meters and the development layout is greater than 10 million square meters.
